On Wednesday, Netflix released its latest feel-good organizing show called Get Organized With The Home Edit. It’s hosts Clea Shearer and Joanna Treplin are the founders of the organizing company with the same name. With their growing Instagram following (now at 2.1 million) and celebrity studded organizing resume, the show was sure to generate some buzz. After watching the first few episodes it’s clear to any viewer that this duo is a hit. The female partnership feels so natural on the show along side their keen eye for interior décor.

Each episode starts off with a celebrity client and ends with a regular homeowner nominated by friends or family. The show does a great job of showing extravagant homes made for stars like Khloe Kardashian, Reese Witherspoon etc., while also showcasing somewhat more attainable homes. However, whether it is the vintage Chanel closet of celebrity designer Rachel Zoe or mom of two named Jessica the show offers some great organization tips for all.

The first episode starts off strong by showing the importance of solid female partnerships and the strengths that it brings to professional settings. Joanna and Clea have a very defined dynamic that leaves Clea as the bad cop and Joanna as the good cop who will let you keep that pair of shoes that you know you’ll eventually wear one day. Even their witty crew members add something special to this Netflix binge.

The organizing company The Home Edit has been a well-oiled machine for some time now and its evident in the smoothness of the show. It’s clear that these two not only know what they’re doing but they have fun doing it. Their distinctive organization style involves a lot of bins, specialty labels and trips to the container store. In one episode they even dive into a bedroom makeover project. While they are an organizing company any design lover will something interesting about this show.
